You may have heard about the gaming studio Everywear Games from their popular titles Runeblade, Time Unit, or Field Day. And those games were loved by the Apple Watch community, mainly because of the unique Apple Watch first approach. The startup clearly figured out how to make Apple Watch games exciting, fun, and playable over a long period. Simultaneously with today’s release of iOS 11 and watchOS 4, Everywear Games is launching a new free-to-play Apple Watch game called “Micropolis”.
Micropolis is an intuitive city building game with a civilization theme that that spans through thousands of years. You can construct and level up buildings to gain gold, expand your cities and use skills to increase production. As you advance in time, you will unlock new cities and powerful technologies which take you through the ages. The game is designed for quick gaming sessions, with four different ages and cities.
While Micropolis takes full advantage of watchOS 4, it is also designed to be played on iPhone. When you’re progressing in the game, you will gain new skills, take on gripping challenges, and receive cool rewards.
